What I Watched This Weekend. . .

This weekend I watched the movie “The Notebook”. It’s an antique, old, romantic movie. About an old married couple, the wife, Allie Hamilton, has lost her memory from a bad sickness called Alzheimer's disease where out of nowhere she would have seizers and forget everything that just happened. Her husband, Noah Calhoun, visits her and tells her stories about their life as growing up as a couple to see if she would remember it, but sadly she doesn’t and she thinks of it as someone else’s romantic story. Her kids and grandkids misses her plus their father, but wants him to just move on and just leave since she remembers none of them.

He says he’s never going to leave her until she remembers. During the middle of the story that Noah is telling her, Allie gets mad at Noah and moves away and she came back later on. In the ending the wife has the worst seizure she ever had and had to be removed from the public and into a room all alone. Noah sneaked into her room and they both fell asleep together and passed away in the same bed. This movie was amazing and I think you should watch it. Thanks for taking your time to read this and have a magnificent day.
